Designed, built, and opened in 2018, the artist Shark Toof imported/sourced antiques locally and from around the world to create a Victorian aesthetic. This includes large stained glass windows from the 1870s to the 1920s, and hand-carved wood Eastlake Victorian-era tables and accents. A 110-piece crystal Mermaid chandelier from 1910 and imported from Germany serves as the centerpiece for the 45-foot handmade bar. All the wallpaper in the main bar and bathrooms is screen printed by hand. Personalized artwork from Shark Toof, including a large fiberglass shark bust serving as the speakeasy-style moniker, as well as a large handmade window bearing his signature art, adorns the space. The front large 1920s Factory Industrial Casement windows were custom fabricated by Detroit Door to raise to the ceiling for summertime fresh air and front patio partying. The building, turnkey business, branding, liquor license, and assets are all included in the sale.
